Are you on your journey to becoming a clinician? 

7 Senses Therapy Center, Inc offers a variety of student experiences based on education level.

Observation
For students in undergraduate programs looking to learn more about a specific discipline.  These experiences are limited to 1 day for a maximum of 8 hours.

Shadowing
For students attending or actively applying to graduate programs. These experiences may include shadowing multiple clinicians and assisting with therapy sessions in a minor capacity.  Limited to a maximum of 20 hours. 

Fieldwork
A formal assignment through a graduate program for educational credit. We accept fieldwork students on a case-by-case basis and an interview is required prior to placement.  These experiences consist of shadowing all disciplines and departments on the team, leading sessions within the student’s discipline, completing supervised documentation, collaborating with patient families, and working toward independent management of a full caseload under careful supervision.  In order to limit disruption to therapeutic progress, each clinician on the team accepts a maximum of 1 fieldwork student per year (second- and third-year students).  Up to 2 first-year fieldwork students may be accepted per year for shorter, shadowing-based rotations.

Due to the volume of requests for these experiences, 7 Senses only accepts students at the undergraduate level or higher.  We are not able to accommodate OTA, PTA, or SLPA students at this time.
